A wonderful children's hardcover book titled Tales of Peter Rabbit and his Friends by Beatrix Potter. Beatrix Potter's lovely illustrations are seen here in both color and black and white. They grace this collection of thirteen tales that have enchanted young children for decades. As they introduce these stories to a new generation of youngsters, adults can themselves revisit Peter Rabbit, Benjamin Bunny, Mrs. Tiggy-winkle, Jemima Puddle-duck, Miss Moppet, Tom Kitten and Potter's many other classic creations.
Helen Beatrix Potter (1866 – 1943) was an English writer, illustrator, natural scientist, and conservationist best known for her children's books featuring animals. In her thirties, Potter published the highly successful children's book The Tale of Peter Rabbit. Potter then began writing and illustrating children's books full-time. Potter wrote about 30 books but was best known for her 24 children's tales

This book is in very good condition. The binding is in perfect condition. There is writing on the inside front cover noting that book was a gift. The rest of the book is clean. The dust cover has no rips or tears.
