A wonderful children's hardcover book called Gilberto and the Wind by Marie Hall Ets. This fictional book is beautifully illustrated by the author.

Looking at the wind from a child's perspective. It can be playful as it takes Gilberto's balloon and won't fly his kite, carries his bubbles through the air, blows his pinwheel, and sails his paper boat. It can also be scary at times. The wind blows all around Gilberto and whispers secrets to him that many of us have grown to old to hear and realize that we were told those same secrets when we were small.

This book is in Very Good condition. Binding is in perfect condition. There are old tape marks on the front flyleaf and on the inside back flyleaf. The back cover is where the library cardholder has been removed. There is some library stamping (this is an old school library book) and it has acetate over the dust cover.
