A gorgeous enamel koala bear brooch by Gerrys. The brooch has a brown enamel koala bear climbing a gold tone tree. This is a wonderful accessory for your outfits and scarfs. It would be a beautiful addition to a vintage jewelry collection.
History of Gerry’s Creations began with Geraldine Giles in 1950. Established in the peak of the popularity of costume jewelry, Gerry’s Creations have been able to stay on the market for more than 40 years. The Gerry’s Creations, Inc. ceased operations in 1996 and all pieces now are vintage. In their creations Gerry's used enameled and painted metal. Gerry's jewelry is sought after by collectors of animal-themed and Christmas themed costume jewelry.

Has a C-Clasp Closure
This wonderful brooch is in very good condition. The C-clasp works perfectly. The koala bear is hand painted and has a manufacturers error (chip) on its lower end that has been painted over with gold but not enough to cover the entire mark. Please See Photos.
