This is a lovely set of three bread and butter plates in the Brantley pattern by Syracuse China, part of their Old Ivory line. Produced between 1949 and 1967, these classic mid-century plates feature a warm ivory body with a softly scalloped rim and a rich gold trim. Simple, elegant, and built to last—true to Syracuse China’s reputation. Each plate measures 6½ inches in diameter and is in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks, crazing, or utensil marks, and the gold edging remains bright and intact. These would make a beautiful addition to a formal table setting or a replacement for your vintage Brantley collection. Made in the USA by O.P. Co. (Onondaga Pottery Company), these plates speak to a time when American dinnerware was made with quality and care.
