Hazel-Atlas History: Founded in 1902, Hazel-Atlas Glass Company was one of the largest glass manufacturers in the United States, renowned for its wide range of pressed glassware. The company was particularly known for its beautiful, durable glass items that became household staples throughout the 20th century. In the mid-century period, Hazel-Atlas gained popularity for producing elegant serving pieces like this one, often decorated with striking details like gold accents. Hazel-Atlas was eventually acquired by Continental Can Company in 1956, keeping the Hazel-Atlas name. By the mid sixties it ceased producing glassware. Its glassware remains highly collectible today.

It would make a great for any special occasion or holiday gift.
