This sweet little Madame Alexander doll is dressed to represent Italy in her vibrant folk costume, complete with a wide-brim straw hat trimmed with flowers and black ribbon ties. She stands 8 inches tall and has sleep eyes, soft brown hair, and finely painted features. Made sometime in the 1960s, she’s part of Madame Alexander’s beloved International Series—created to honor cultures around the world. Her outfit features a white blouse with lace trim, a green and pink full skirt accented with gold trim, and a black embroidered waistband. The back of her dress still has the original “Madame Alexander” sewn-in tag (not pictured but present). She's in excellent vintage condition with no stains or missing parts. The hat, clothing, and hair are all original. Her arms and legs move freely, and her eyes open and close as they should.
This would make a lovely addition to any vintage doll collection or a nostalgic gift for someone who remembers these charming dolls from childhood.
