Antique Uranium Glass Fern Burst Bowl – Westmoreland EAPG Circa 1905 – Glows Green Under Blacklight – 9 Inch Pressed Glass Console Bowl

$46.00

This antique Early American Pressed Glass bowl was made by Westmoreland Glass Company around 1905 in the striking “Fern Burst” pattern. It has that classic combination of starbursts and feathery ferns, with a beautifully scalloped edge and deep pressed details. The bowl is slightly raised on a small foot and has a gentle curve up at the edges—somewhere between a low bowl and a console centerpiece. Under a blacklight, this piece glows bright green, confirming it contains uranium—a common ingredient in glass from this time period. The glow is vivid and unmistakable, making it a great piece for collectors of uranium glass or EAPG. A beautiful display piece whether you're into vintage glass, turn-of-the-century tableware, or just something with a little glow to it.

Measurements:
9 inches in diameter
2 inches in height

Condition: Excellent
No chips or cracks
Excellent clarity and shine
Strong green glow under blacklight
It does have a manufacturing line in the bottom

This would made a great gift for any holiday or special occasion.
