This is a beautiful set of four Continental China salad plates in the discontinued Duchess pattern. Each plate features a clean white body with a simple platinum rim. These plates are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing. The platinum trim shows little to no wear — a rare find for this pattern. The Duchess line was part of Rosenthal’s “Continental” brand, made primarily for the U.S. market during the mid-20th century. Known for its timeless elegance, this pattern was popular from the late 1950s through the 1970s and has been long discontinued. Whether you’re replacing missing pieces, expanding your set, or simply love mid-century tableware, these plates are a perfect addition.
