There’s a good chance this casserole dish feels familiar — the Corning Ware Cornflower Blue pattern has been in family kitchens since the late 1950s. This one is the handy 1.5 liter size that was a staple for side dishes, baked casseroles, or slipping a family recipe into the oven for Sunday dinner. It was built to handle just about anything — freezer, stovetop, oven, even under the broiler. That’s why so many of these have survived in such good shape. This dish is white with the classic blue floral spray on each side.
