Ambassador Ware Cup and Saucer by Fondeville, England – Pink Rim Floral Pattern

$24.00

This lovely cup and saucer set came across the Atlantic back in the 1940s, as part of Fondeville's English china line that they imported for American tables. Their Ambassador Ware, made in England, was decorated with roses and forget-me-nots, and then finished off with a thin pink hand-painted rim—the kind of detail you don’t see in today’s production lines. The set has a friendly, everyday charm—something you could picture sitting on a breakfast table beside a linen cloth and a pot of tea. The glaze still shines, and the floral transfers are bright after all these years. It’s a piece that brings a little post-war English sunshine to the shelf—ready to use or display.
