This little set of four Carl Schumann Bavaria fruit bowls comes from that era — the early 1900s, when tableware was made with a bit more grace and a lighter hand. Each bowl has gently scalloped edges and raised details around the rim. The porcelain is bright and clean, and those pink roses still look as soft as they did the day they were fired. These were the kind of bowls that held sliced peaches in summer or a scoop of berries with a little sugar on top. The mark on the bottom reads C.S. Bavaria, used by Carl Schumann around 1910–1925. It’s a lovely little window into that era of German craftsmanship.

All four bowls have no chips, cracks, or crazing. The colors are bright and clear. The bowls are unstained as well.
