Vintage Made in Japan lusterware bowl, measuring 6 inches in diameter. This is a shallow dish with a hand-painted floral design, finished with a soft blue luster rim. These bowls were made for export after World War II, most commonly in the 1950s. They were everyday decorative pieces — used as candy dishes, nut bowls, or set out on a dresser or side table. Simple, useful, and easy to display.
Condition: Excellent.
No chips, cracks, or crazing. The glaze is clean, and the luster still has a nice shine. Minor paint variations are factory made and typical for this type of vintage ware.
