Unlike the heavier stoneware pieces that Pfaltzgraff is know for, this one is glass — light, bright, and easy to use anywhere. It was made as an open bowl, not a covered box, and the rim is finished smoothly all the way around. The heart shape is simple and well-proportioned, and the blue design sits neatly in the bottom of the bowl where it shows beautifully when in use.
