Heavy stoneware, gray body, cobalt tulips—nothing fancy, just dependable. This is a 14-inch oval platter, and it does what a platter is supposed to do: carry a roast, a pile of chicken, or a small mountain of deviled eggs. Yorktowne was made in Pennsylvania for decades before production moved overseas. This one has the older embossed USA backstamp, so it’s from the days when Pfaltzgraff was still making their stoneware in the US. If you’re replacing a chipped platter from your set, setting up a matching table again, or you just like the old colonial-style look, this one will fit right in. Solid, honest, and built for real kitchens.
