This is a vintage Homer Laughlin Rambler Rose platter in the Georgian shape, made in the USA in 1951. It’s a generous oval platter that works beautifully for roasts, turkey, vegetables, or holiday serving. The Rambler Rose pattern features soft pink roses scattered along the rim with a single rose in the center, finished with classic gold scroll accents. It’s feminine without being frilly, and sturdy enough to actually use — exactly what Homer Laughlin did best. This platter displays beautifully and still has plenty of life left for everyday meals or special occasions. A great piece for someone completing a Rambler Rose set or anyone who appreciates classic mid-century American china.
