These vintage earrings feature handmade lampwork glass beads in a soft green tone, decorated with black and white “eye” style dots that are melted into the glass, not painted on. Each bead measures approximately ½ inch, with a total drop of about 1½ inches from the top of the lever-back closure. The earrings are finished with silver-tone ribbed spacer beads and secure lever-back closures that work smoothly and hold well. The metal shows gentle age-appropriate patina and the glass beads are in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks.
Unmarked, but clearly well made, these earrings were likely produced by an artisan or small studio using quality lampwork beads. They date to the late 20th century and have that timeless handmade look that works just as well today. A comfortable, wearable pair — light enough for every day, but interesting enough to stand out.
