History
Anchor Hocking introduced the Bubble pattern in 1934, during the Depression era, and continued producing it until approximately 1965. Its raised bubble design became one of the company's most recognizable designs. Unlike many decorative glass patterns of the period, Bubble offered a clean, uncomplicated style that blended easily into everyday kitchens. The pattern was produced in several colors, but the white milk glass pieces became especially popular during the 1940s, 1950s, and early 1960s. Today they remain favorites among collectors because they complement both vintage and modern farmhouse decorating styles.
