Embassy Bone China was imported into the United States by Fondeville, a company that specialized in bringing fine English bone china to the American market during the mid-20th century. Rather than producing china themselves, Fondeville worked with established English potteries to create attractive floral patterns that offered the quality of traditional English bone china at an affordable price. This cup and saucer feature soft pink roses with blue and yellow floral accents, a classic design that reflects the elegant floral china popular after World War II.
Age: Approximately late 1940s through the 1950s, making this set about 70 to 80 years old.
