A lovely vintage Royal Taunton teacup and saucer decorated with bright yellow roses, deep green foliage, and gold trim. Made in England of fine bone china, the cup features a large arrangement of yellow roses on the front with a single yellow rose on the reverse. The matching saucer carries several yellow rose arrangements around the center. One of the prettiest details is inside the cup, where an intricate gold snowflake-style medallion decorates the bottom. Gold trim follows the gently scalloped rims of both pieces and also accents the foot of the cup. A beautiful mid-century English teacup and saucer for a teacup collection, display cabinet, afternoon tea, or a gift for someone who loves yellow roses and vintage English bone china.
