This little Cherished Teddies bear is ready to celebrate a fourth birthday. Titled “Unfolding Happy Wishes Four You,” the figurine shows a teddy bear wearing a party hat and mint green bow while holding a chain of four little paper bears. Pink patches on the paws and soft pastel colors complete the design. The figurine was designed by Priscilla Hillman and dates to 1992. It is marked on the bottom with the title, Age 4, item number 911305, P. Hillman copyright 1992, its registration number and its country of origin - China. A fun addition to a Cherished Teddies collection and especially fitting as a keepsake for a fourth birthday.

History:
Cherished Teddies were created from the teddy bear artwork of American artist Priscilla Hillman and became one of the recognizable collectible figurine lines of the 1990s. This figurine is Age 4 – “Unfolding Happy Wishes Four You,” #911305, dating to 1992. It belongs to the Through the Years birthday series, which used a different design and play on words for each age.
