Precious Moments wall cross titled “Celebrating God's Precious Gift,” featuring a little girl holding a white bunny surrounded by pink roses and small pastel flowers. The cross was designed as a religious keepsake for a baby girl's baptism or christening. The reverse includes spaces for the child's name and date beneath the words “Celebrating God's Precious Gift.” The spaces on this cross have never been filled in, allowing it to still be personalized if desired.
Made for the Enesco Precious Moments Collection and copyrighted 1991 by Samuel J. Butcher.

Condition:
Excellent vintage condition. Clean with no chips or cracks. The colors and decoration remain bright and clear. The personalization area on the back has never been filled in.

History:
Precious Moments began with the artwork of American illustrator Samuel J. Butcher, whose distinctive children with teardrop-shaped eyes became widely recognized through greeting cards and inspirational artwork before appearing as collectible figurines and giftware.
Enesco introduced the first Precious Moments porcelain figurines in 1978, and the tremendous popularity of the collection eventually led to a wide variety of decorative and commemorative pieces.
