A wonderful children's hardcover book titled Poetry For Young People Emily Dickinson. This book was edited by Frances Schoonmaker Bolin and Illustrated by Chi Chung. This book is for children between the ages of 5 to 12.

Emily Elizabeth Dickinson (1830 – 1886) was an American poet. Dickinson was born in Amherst, Massachusetts. After studying at the Amherst Academy for seven years she briefly attended the Mount Holyoke Female Seminary before returning to her family's house in Amherst. She was considered an eccentric by locals and she developed a noted penchant for white clothing. She became known for her reluctance to greet guests or to even leave her bedroom. Dickinson never married. While Dickinson was a prolific private poet, fewer than a dozen of her nearly 1,800 poems were published during her lifetime.

Chi Chung is a published author and an illustrator of children's books. Some of the published credits of Chi Chung include Christmas Is Here!, Poetry for Young People Emily Dickinson, God's Oak Tree, and That Easter Morn.

As New: The book is in the same immaculate condition as when it was published. This could be the description for a book that has been lost in a warehouse for years, never shelved, thumbed or even opened yet may still be some years old.
