A wonderful children's hardcover book called Charlotte's Web by E. B. White. On October 15, 1952, E.B. White's Charlotte's Web was published. It's gone on to become one of the most beloved children's books of all time. The front cover of this book is in extremely good condition due to the fact that is has been protected by two dust covers.

Charlotte's Web is the story of a little girl named Fern who loved a little pig named Wilbur—and of Wilbur's dear friend Charlotte A. Cavatica, a beautiful large grey spider who lived with Wilbur in the barn. With the help of Templeton, the rat who never did anything for anybody unless there was something in it for him, and by a wonderfully clever plan of her own, Charlotte saved the life of Wilbur, who by this time had grown up to be "quite a pig". How all this comes about is Mr. White's story. It is a story of the magic of childhood on the farm. Children and adults will be entranced with Charlotte the spider, Wilbur the pig, and Fern, the little girl who understood their language.

Elwyn Brooks White (1899 – 1985) was an American writer. For more than fifty years, he was a contributor to The New Yorker magazine. He was also a co-author of the English language style guide The Elements of Style. In addition, he wrote books for children, including Stuart Little (1945), Charlotte's Web (1952), and The Trumpet of the Swan (1970). In a 2012 survey of School Library Journal readers, Charlotte's Web was voted the top children's novel.

This book is in Very Good condition. Binding is tight. The pages are crisp and clean. There are no marks in this book. There is very little wear to the covers just the usual shelf wear. It has two dust covers.

As New: The book is in the same immaculate condition as when it was published. This could be the description for a book that has been lost in a warehouse for years, never shelved, thumbed or even opened yet may still be some years old.
