This brochure comprises 200 years of textile designs of France, England, and America in the 18th and 19th century.
As the industry's standard-bearer of excellence, Scalamandré's name has become synonymous with the manufacture of the finest quality fabrics, trims, wallcovering and furnishings in America. From 1936 to the late 1960s, the Scalamandré Museum of Textiles, based in the company's New York showroom, presented exhibits on historical documents and textiles that traveled to museums and schools across the country. In early 2017, Scalamandré merged with Stark Fabric operating under the Scalamandré name.

This booklet is in excellent condition. All the pages are attached with no creases or marks. The pages have some yellowing from age and the front cover is a bit loose against the stapled binding.
